Luke represents energy industry participants in a variety of title, transactional, and conflict resolution matters related to the exploration and production of oil and natural gas. He has been a guest lecturer at the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Prior to law school, Luke worked in the Oklahoma yard of an international oilfield services company.

His practice includes rendering oil and gas and surface title opinions, obtaining title curative, and negotiating contracts used in the oil and gas and real estate industry. He has also represented clients in resolution of disputes involving a wide range of oil and gas, real estate, and commercial matters. While in law school, Michael served as the Resource Editor of the Oklahoma City University Law Review.

Vijay has handled a wide range of transactional projects across several industries including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, business formation and consulting, general corporate and business governance, business contracts, commercial lending and project finance. In oil and gas, Vijay represents clients in acquisition and sale agreements, participation, development and leasing transactions, title examination, drilling and operating agreements, gathering, transportation and pipeline easement agreements, and product purchase, sale and processing agreements. Vijay maintains a very active oil and gas title examination practice and has rendered numerous types of opinions covering a wide variety of title issues.
Learn MoreB.J.'s practice includes rendering oil and gas title opinions and obtaining oil and gas curative in Oklahoma and Texas. In his years of experience, B.J. has reviewed and drafted title opinions in several petroleum producing states. B.J. also has experience assisting clients with corporate operating agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and lease agreements. Prior to joining the firm, B.J. practiced oil and gas law and public finance law in Houston, Texas and worked as an in-house landman for a large independent oil and gas exploration and production company. While in law school he clerked for the Oklahoma Supreme Court and interned with the Oklahoma Corporation Commission.
Learn MoreRhonda is the practice leader for the firm's Dispute Resolution practice area. She focuses on civil litigation primarily related to oil and gas and property issues. She also has vast experience in rendering oil and gas title opinions, obtaining title curative, conducting probates, and assisting with the purchase and sale of real property. Prior to law school Rhonda worked as assistant to an oil and gas attorney for 11 years. During law school Rhonda worked with the Native American Wills Clinic and as a landman.

She also renders surface and oil and gas title opinions, as well as obtaining title curative to cure title defects. While in law school, Tiffany served as the Articles Editor of the Oklahoma City University Law Review and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity.
