Practicing in Tulsa since 2009, Vijay has built a robust practice focusing on oil and gas law and complex transactional projects. He has advised clients across multiple industries on matters including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, corporate formation, governance, commercial lending, and project finance, handling transactions that exceed $15 billion in aggregate value. Within the energy sector, Vijay frequently structures acquisition and sale agreements, participation and development transactions, and pipeline easement and processing agreements. He also maintains a highly active oil and gas title examination practice, rendering opinions on a wide variety of complex title issues.
