Merritt’s practice focuses on rendering oil & gas and surface title opinions. He also has experience in a wide variety of additional real estate practice areas: commercial and residential transactions, real estate developments, litigation, zoning and municipal regulations, estate administration, contract drafting and negotiation, and providing general counsel to investors and developer. He is an active participant in Oklahoma’s legal community, including the Title Examination Standards Committee, and the Oklahoma City Real Property Lawyers Association.
