Bryson’s practice includes rendering oil and gas title opinions, obtaining oil and gas title curative, and drafting and negotiating contracts used in the oil and gas industry. In addition, Bryson is the practice leader for the firm's consumer bankruptcy section. Bryson assists clients on a range of bankruptcy issues such as negotiation and preparation of instruments in financially distressed situations including letters of credit, inter-creditor agreements, debtor-in-possession financing agreements, and loan modification agreements. While in law school, he served as the Articles Editor for the Oklahoma City University Law Review, and was a member of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society.
